Our dear sweet Iraqi friends have wanted a baby since they were married 9 years ago. After years of trying they both were tested and discovered that the problem was with him. They tried IVF a few years ago, and got pregnant with a little girl that they named Miriam. Right about the time we first arrived in Jordan she lost the baby, at 5 months gestation. She would have been the same age as Caedmon.
They have been scrimping and saving the past couple of years in order to try another round of IVF. They helped us a lot with our move to the new house, so we were happy to give them a little money in return to help. A few weeks ago they had the procedure done, and we just found out that she is pregnant!! I can only imagine what they are feeling; joy, excitement, and fear all at the same time.
Please pray with me for a healthy pregnancy and full term baby for these sweet friends!!

So happy for them!! I will definitely be praying for them and their little baby... Or babies? You never know with IVF :)
I', so happy for Denshor and Araz...will be holding them up in prayer. Tell them we said congratulations!

I agree w/Haley, you shouldn't do that to your family......but I am very excited for Denshor and Araz. Tell them Hi for me. I also will be praying for them.
